A basic background check and fingerprinting are required for all Harvest Kids volunteers.

“I never thought Kids Ministry had a place for me, but now that I use my gifts to serve the kids at Harvest, it’s the best part of my week! I get to grow in my faith alongside the very kids I am teaching, and it’s changing my life, one week, one child at a time!”

What to expect:
The Youth Ministry is fast-paced and highly interactive, filled with age-appropriate teaching rooted in the Word of God. Today's youth are desperate and in pursuit of belonging, identity, and purpose. Harvest Youth Ministry exists to address and remind these students that they are created in the image of God, belong to a community that seeks to glorify our Father, and that the Lord has a unique purpose for their lives. Our volunteers invest heavily and pursue the lives of our pre-teens and teenagers to deepen their love for and foster their relationship with Jesus.
*A background check is required.
There will be orientation, four–weeks of shadowing, and online training provided.
What do our Volunteers say about the Harvest Youth Ministry:
"Being able to help shepherd these students has been such a blessing. Serving in Youth has shown me the real depth of the issues that our next generation is facing. It's been a true honor to come alongside them and be encouraged by their faith in Jesus. They always find a way to brighten others' days, and their energy and zeal for the Lord is contagious!"

We are looking for individuals to join the team that exudes gentleness, adaptability, authenticity, and the means to make others feel seen, known, valued, and loved.
What to expect:
Our Young Adult ministry is designed to help young people between the ages of 18 to early 30-year-olds discover and navigate real life, community, and belonging. Our hope is that we would authentically do life together and live out the gospel in all we say and do by spreading it throughout our college campuses, various work environments, and our day-to-day lives with those around us. Our volunteers gather to pray before service, serve those that come out on Fridays and Sundays in various ways, and strive to build and make disciples. Together, we desire to Pursue Christ and Cultivate Community.
What do our Volunteers say about the Harvest Young Adults Ministry:
“I’ve always sought belonging and acceptance. After giving my life to the Lord, I desired to grow in the knowledge of who He was and grow alongside like-minded people my age. Young Adults has helped me not only to grow in my understanding of God but also helped me form deep and meaningful friendships with people my own age. In a world that is constantly changing, it’s nice to have a ministry that is so consistent in my life and that really lives out their mission statement of Pursuing Christ and Cultivating Community. I love YA, and I love serving in YA!”
