How you can help in the Harvest Worship Ministry:

Opportunities to be a part of the worship ministry are available for those gifted singers and instrumentalists from our congregation whose desire is to serve the Lord through music.

What to expect:

The Worship Ministry helps facilitate our congregation’s expression of love, worship, and praise of the one true living God.
The core values of the Worship Ministry are expressed in these three headings:

• Upward: We believe that our worship is primarily for God and to God; therefore, our emphasis will be on singing songs that direct our attention “upward” (Psalm 22:3; Psalm 33:1-2; Psalm 50:23; Psalm 145).
• Inward: We believe worship that exalts God brings an “inward” blessing to His people, drawing them closer to Him as they sing “psalms, hymns and spiritual songs” (Colossians 3:16). Therefore, our emphasis will be on singing songs with lyrics that are full of the promises and transforming truths found in His Word (Psalm 135:3; Psalm 147:1).
• Outward: We believe worship that exalts God, that blesses Him and His people, will have a positive “outward” effect on those who come into our fellowship who are investigating the claims of Christ. Therefore, our emphasis will be on music and production that is God-honoring and culturally relevant (Psalm 40:3; 1 Corinthians 14:24-25).

Hours expected:

Estimated 3-6 hours per service shift, varies based on service or event

Serve opportunities:

• Riverside and Orange County Campuses: Sunday Morning Services/Youth Sunday Morning Services/Youth Midweek Services/Young Adults Friday Nights/Men’s and Women’s Events/Special Events as needed
• Maui: Sunday Morning Services at 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM

How you can help in the Harvest Audio + Lighting Ministry:

We are looking for team members who are tech savvy and have an interest in production to create an atmosphere where people can experience the presence of God.

What to expect:

The Audio + Lighting Ministry is a fast-paced environment that’s exciting and always evolving. Our team is responsible for set up and tear down of production equipment, stages, and other elements pertaining to our services, special events, and Crusades.
