Care Team

New Believer Follow-Up If you have a heart for discipleship, this is your place. Counselors meet with those who just accepted Christ, offering encouragement and helping them take their first steps in faith. Volunteers must have attended Harvest for one year and completed the New Believer Class.

Prayer Team Pray with those who need encouragement and healing—during services and throughout the week. Team members receive a weekly prayer journal with requests from across all campuses and handle each with care and confidentiality.

First-Time Visitor Calls Help guests feel valued and welcomed with a simple phone call after their first visit. Each conversation is an opportunity to connect, answer questions, and guide them toward their next step.

Mail Fulfillment Help get Bibles, welcome letters, and gifts into the hands of new believers and Harvest Partners. It’s a fun, hands-on way to serve during the week.

Hospitality Team

  • Greeter Share a smile and kind word at the door to help people feel noticed and welcomed.
  • Usher Help people find their seats, assist during the service, and collect tithes and offerings.
  • Welcome + Connect Booth Greet guests, answer questions, and help people take their next step in getting connected at Harvest.
  • Security Monitor the campus to help ensure the safety and security of our guests. Requires one year of salvation, one year of attendance, and a background check.
  • Parking Lot Create a safe and friendly arrival experience by directing traffic and offering a warm first impression.
  • Harvest Shoppe Help guests find books and gifts, restock inventory, and assist with purchases.
  • Facility Team Help maintain and prepare church spaces throughout the week or during special events, supporting the ministry behind the scenes.

NextGen Team

  • Harvest Kids Serve in a fun, high-energy environment with kids from newborn through 6th grade. Our goal is to plant seeds of faith, water them with God’s Word, and watch them grow. Requires 6 months of attendance and a background check.
  • Youth Support junior high and high school students as they navigate life and faith. Through mentorship, events, and discussions, you’ll help them know they are seen, known, and loved by God. Requires 6 months of attendance and a background check.
  • Young Adults Create a Christ-centered community for college students and young professionals. Whether you serve during Friday gatherings or build relationships throughout the week, you’ll be part of helping others grow in faith and friendship.

  • Crusade Team Support our biggest evangelistic event of the year by helping with prep, communication, logistics, and day-of coordination.
  • Community Outreach Partner with local organizations and lead service projects that meet real needs and show God’s love in action.
  • Events Help plan and execute churchwide events. Whether behind the scenes or up front, you’ll play a part in helping every event point people to Christ.

  • Video + Webcast Capture and stream services across campuses and online. No experience required—we’ll train you!
  • Audio + Lighting Create impactful worship environments through sound, lights, and stage support. Training provided.
  • Social Media Use your creativity to capture stories and moments from Sundays, events, and ministries—helping people stay connected online.
  • Worship Use your musical gifts to lead others in worship and create moments of praise that point people to Jesus.
