My left side has been having pain especially on my bottom feet and ankle and it's hard for me to walk. I need to make an appointment to see a chiropractor for my chronic pain I been having for the past 15 years because of my sexual promiscuity since I was 16 yrs old. Also, I need the discipline to do walking outside exercises 5 days a week for 30 minutes a day with my 3 yr old daughter.

I had put a prayer request for my 15 yr old grandson who attempted suicide a few months ago. He made another attempt recently. Kaiser is overbooked for counseling and therapy so he only goes once every two weeks. Pray for his salvation and healing. Ryley is his name.

Please pray for my friend Brad Crager. In recent years he has walked back to the Lord, attending both Harvest Riverside and Orange County regularly. I am informed he is sedated and in the "fight for his life" at Redlands Hospital. Please pray for his survival and quick recovery. He was to begin teaching the Spring semester tomorrow!
