FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• If a person has already registered but cannot attend the conference, is the ticket transferable

  Yes. We cannot change the name under which the ticket was purchased. When checking in on the day
  of the event, attendees must use the name of the original registrant.

• Can you sign up more than one person online?

  Yes. During registration, you will have the option to “Add Another Person.” If you do not have the
  additional person’s information, you may enter your own information for those fields.

• Are tickets refundable?

  No. Refunds will not be issued for tickets once they are purchased. If you know ahead of time that you
  will not be able to attend, you may donate your ticket. We will offer donated tickets to women
  experiencing financial hardship.

• If someone is having difficulty registering online, can they register by phone?

  Yes. Please call the Virtue office at (951) 687-6902.

• Will this event be live streamed?

  No.

• Will there be walk-up ticket sales?

  Yes. Walk-up tickets will be available for $40 at the door.

• Can lunch be purchased on-site the day of the conference?

  A limited number of lunches will be available for purchase. Once they are sold out, no additional
  lunches will be available.

• Will there be signing for the deaf?

  Yes.

• Will there be a Mothers’ Room?

  Yes. The Mothers’ Room is available on a first-come, first-served basis for babies six months and
  younger. A family room will also be available for those who need to bring their children. Please note
  that childcare will not be provided at this event.

• Will handicap seating be available?

  Yes.

• What time will the Sanctuary doors open?

  Doors will open at 6:30 PM on Friday evening and at 8:30 AM on Saturday. We encourage you to
  arrive early, as lines are expected.

• What happens in the event of bad weather?

  Check-in will move indoors, and the remainder of the event will continue as scheduled.

• Will checks be accepted at the conference for purchases?

  No. Cash or credit card only.

• Will seat saving be allowed?

  Seats may be saved only for the hearing-impaired section, the prayer team, and Next Gen Ministries.
  Volunteers may not save seats before the doors open. Full rows may not be saved. Any saved seats
  will be released at the program start time.
