Outreach Ministry Assistant
An Outreach Ministry Assistant assists in coordinating activities for pastors, staff, interns, volunteers, and church attendees. They support various outreach ministries. They assist with planning meetings, events, and training sessions for a specific team. An Outreach Ministry Assistant serves with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and Harvest’s mission.
- Meet with pastors and/or leaders to plan the scope and format of events and review administrative procedures and event progress.
- Consult with leaders to determine objectives and requirements for events such as meetings, conferences, outreach activities, and training.
- Confer with team leads to determine priorities, resource needs, and plans to encourage support and participation.
- Monitor event activities to ensure compliance, participant satisfaction, and problem resolution.
- Identify and recruit outreach volunteers for projects and events.
- May train and lead staff, interns, volunteers, and outside groups.
- Must be proficient in working with social media with creating content and post to support the outreach and events team.
- Implement program plans by ordering needed materials, scheduling speakers, or handling other administrative details.
- Collaborate with other ministry members to establish goals and objectives for programs or events. May schedule special events such as conferences, meetings, seminars, or other outreach activities.

Playground & Daycare Worker
The Playground/Daycare Worker must be a born-again Christian, committed to living a biblical lifestyle, attending to student activities in a Christ-like manner. This position performs a variety of tasks, such as participating and overseeing play activities, always placing health and safety first. This position requires dependability, friendliness, and creativity, with the ability to adapt quickly to student’s needs. The Playground/Daycare Worker ensures that there is an appropriate staff/child ratio, provides support during special events, dresses modestly, and leads students by example. Must be AED, First Aid and CPR certified. They serve with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes Harvest’s culture, values, and mission.
- Develop a good relationship with students and parents, and demonstrate Christ-like behavior.
- Maintain a safe environment, identify unauthorized individuals and stop their access to the students until they have obtained a visitor badge and authorization to be on campus.
- Participate and monitor students’ recreational activities to ensure participation and safety.
- Sanitize toys and play equipment.
- Support student’s spiritual, emotional, and social development, encourage understanding of others and Christ-like concepts.
- Provide students positive feedback to encourage and help them develop an appreciation for others, health, safety, and personal habits.
- Identify signs of spiritual, emotional, or developmental problems in students; confer with school leaders and bring them to parents' or guardians' attention.
- Communicate and represent Harvest School favorably to the students, faculty, parents, and other external sources.
- Maintain a professional behavior in accordance with the Teacher Manual and Harvest Christian Fellowship Employee Manual, and a wiliness to follow the school’s policies and procedures.

AVL Systems Engineer
The AVL Systems Engineer reports to the Production Manager and ensures system readiness in all audio, visual, and lighting production network, and control systems. This includes maintenance, repair, and integration of production systems in all venues as they relate to Harvest’s live or recorded events. The AVL Systems Engineer must possess a high level of technical knowledge in audio systems(Speakers, Amplifiers, Tuning, Audio Distribution, Audio Networking, Audio Console Setup, Wireless RFCoordination, and Microphones), visual systems (ProPresenter, projectors, TVs, Broadcast Cameras, Video Switchers, and LED video walls), lighting systems (DMX, Lighting Networking), and a workingknowledge of rigging, staging, and power distribution. They must also have excellent troubleshooting abilities to identify and fix any potential issues with entertainment network systems This position will also work as a creative team member, mixing if needed for special services or events, recording and operating audio consoles or other production gear for Harvest events or services.…
- Dante 3 certified and possess expert knowledge of audio networking protocols.
- Ensure system readiness of all production systems in all rooms by coordinating with the audio, lighting, and video teams to maintain, repair, or replace production systems.
- Keep up-to-date documentation on how production systems are designed
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory list of production systems at campuses. Coordinating with the Campus Production Coordinator for accuracy.
- Keep up to date with current industry standards and upcoming technology.
- Mix, record, and operate audio consoles or other production gear for Harvest events or services.
- Assist new system installs by working with outside vendors, Harvest audio, lighting, or video teams.
- Report equipment problems and ensure that required repairs are made promptly.
- Help train audio, lighting, or video team members in repair & troubleshooting methods.

Digital Marketing Specialist I
The Digital Marketing Specialist I is responsible for the successful building, composing, and sending of communications developed by Harvest and the Marketing Department. Key areas of responsibility are maintaining day to day maintenance and growth of our key video platforms and executing a publishing strategy in line with Harvest Outreach Ministries’ strategic goals. In addition to this, the Digital Marketing Specialist I will be responsible for communications and promotion through platforms such as the Harvest+ App and HubSpot for regular cross-promotion of our video content. They serve with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes Harvest’s culture, values, and mission.
Requirements:
- Maintain day to day editing, clipping, and scheduling of Harvest video content.
- Work across departments to execute promotional campaigns for our premier video platforms such as Harvest+, YouTube, and the Harvest at Home online stream using email, push notifications, and other promotional tactics.
- Ensure timely publishing and execution of all video content in alignment with recurring and seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Where necessary, review video content for quality assurance and brand standards, including proofreading copy and reviewing calls-to-action.
- Maintain metadata standards and content management principles for all video published and distributed by Harvest.
- Perform market research and make recommendations for OTT and traditional TV media expansion opportunities.
- Track and analyze marketing campaigns, regularly reporting video performance on a monthly basis.
- Provides general assistance to various marketing campaigns. Delivers marketing campaigns as set forth by Harvest and the Marketing Department.

Crusade Representative
The Crusade Representative presents the Harvest Crusades to community leaders and churches. This position is responsible for initiating development, organization, and production of the Harvest Crusades and Harvest America. This position must be able to work independently, without close supervision, within established procedures and is expected to perform a wide variety of duties. They assist the Senior Event Coordinator and/or the Crusade Director to shape public perception and increase outreach awareness. In addition, they collaborate with the Crusade team and partner with outside groups to achieve goals and encourage event participation. The Crusade Representative serves with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the mission, culture, and values of Harvest Christian Fellowship.
Requirements:
- Assist with Crusade objectives, promotional policies, and needs to develop public relations strategies.
- Help establish or maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of churches, community, or public interest groups.
- Produce and coordinate campaigns, media advertisements and promotional materials for distribution to church leaders and Crusade supporters.
- Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
- Coordinate guest seating at the Harvest Crusades.
- Identify trends, key interests and concerns regarding Crusade issues.
- Arrange public appearances, meetings and training.
- Assist with Crusade planning and format, may establish and monitor event budgets, and/or review administrative procedures and progress.

Video Editor
A Video Editor’s duties include, but are not limited to: editing video, color correction, and some basic motion graphic design. A Video Editor oversees the end-to-end process by following and maintaining Harvest Christian Fellowship standards — ensuring quality compliance, following best practices and procedures, and post-production workflows established by the Lead Video Editor and the Video Supervisor. To ensure visual consistency across all projects, a Video Editor must possess the technical knowledge to identify improvement opportunities within the workflow, be able to implement those improvements to increase the quality of the videos produced, and participate in the creative and production processes. The Video Editor is also expected to work in a production capacity when needed; camera or other on-set skills are preferred.
Roving Sub
A Roving Substitute serves as back-up personnel in many areas of the school. Areas include: 1) Office – Performs routine clerical functions, greets visitors, administers first aid to students. 2) Teacher Assistant – Follows direction from the classroom teacher. 3) Playground/Day Care – Oversees play activities, council students as needed. 4) Security – Signs in/badges all visitors, security sweeps, observes movement of students and adults on campus. 5) Library – Check books in/out. 6) Hot Lunch – Pick up blue bags from classrooms, empty and sort contents, prepare/run snack cart, print lunch count and call in to Café, collect lunch cards from students during lunch.
