Teacher - Full Time

A full-time Teacher must be a born-again Christian, committed to living a biblical lifestyle and called by God to teach at Harvest School. This position teaches, plans, directs and coordinates student activities at the elementary level: academic, social, physical and spiritual wholeness, with compassion, encouragement and leadership. Requirements:

  • Maintain a positive Christian atmosphere in the classroom.

Children's Ministry Assistant - Part Time (15-17 hours per week)

The Children’s Ministry Assistant helps support and coordinate activities for the Children’s Ministry. This position instructs children in activities designed to promote spiritual and growth. The Children’s Ministry Assistant also performs routine clerical functions to moderately complex task, such as drafting and editing correspondence, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, event planning and deliver results in a timely manner.   •  Meet with pastors and/or leaders to plan the scope and format of events and review administrative procedures and event progress.
  • Consult with leaders to determine objectives and requirements for events such as meetings, conferences, outreach activities, and training.

Executive Assistant - Full Time (Orange County/Riverside)

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Director with the day-to-day business of the organization including vendor research, scheduling meetings, and maintaining the director’s calendar, preparing reports, coordinating travel, other related functions. This individual exhibits a high level of professionalism and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact with church members, the Admin team, vendors, and staff under the direction of the Executive Director. This person has the ability to speak on behalf of the Executive Director as well as provide project management assistance to Executive Level projects across the organization .   •  Provides full administrative assistance to the Executive Director

Digital Media Project Manager - Full Time

The Digital Media Project Manager is responsible for supporting the overall success of Harvest Outreach Ministries’ (HOM) goals for media and video distribution and works to support the Senior Project Manager. He or she provides consistent updates in the project management software, processes purchase orders for billing, reconciles credit card transactions, creates agendas and takes notes for meetings, and ensures all projects, requests, and urgencies are addressed in a timely manner. Additionally, the Digital Media Project Manager specializes in supporting HOM’s premier digital video platforms such as Harvest+ and YouTube by maintaining production pipelines, ensuring timely delivery, and representing Harvest to outside vendors. In addition to this, the Digital Marketing Specialist I will be responsible for communications and promotion through platforms such as the Harvest+ App and HubSpot for regular cross-promotion of our video content.   • Maintain day to day editing, clipping, and scheduling of Harvest video content.
  • Work across departments to execute promotional campaigns for our premier video platforms such as Harvest+, YouTube, and the Harvest at Home online stream using email, push notifications, and other promotional tactics.

The Junior Designer is an apprentice who is learning to create and design graphics to meet specific needs, such as packaging, displays or logos using a MACs and Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign to achieve artistic or decorative effects.   • Assists Senior Graphics Designer to create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts to generate new images.
  • Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos and websites.

The Regional Director of Development helps to raise support for God’s work at Harvest by developing strong relationships with Major Donor partners/prospects and making meaningful fundraising appeals resulting in sustained and increasing generosity. Crusade Representative - Full Time

The Crusade Representative presents the Harvest Crusades to community leaders and churches. This position is responsible for initiating development, organization, and production of the Harvest Crusades and Harvest America. This position must be able to work independently, without close supervision, within established procedures and is expected to perform a wide variety of duties. They assist the Senior Event Coordinator and/or the Crusade Director to shape public perception and increase outreach awareness. Video Editor - Full Time

A Video Editor’s duties include, but are not limited to: editing video, color correction, and some basic motion graphic design. A Video Editor oversees the end-to-end process by following and maintaining Harvest Christian Fellowship standards -- ensuring quality compliance, following best practices and procedures, and post-production workflows established by the Lead Video Editor and the Video Supervisor. To ensure visual consistency across all projects, a Video Editor must possess the technical knowledge to identify improvement opportunities within the workflow, be able to implement those improvements to increase the quality of the videos produced, and participate in the creative and production processes. The Video Editor is also expected to work in a production capacity when needed; camera or other on-set skills are preferred.
