Teacher - Full Time

A full-time Teacher must be a born-again Christian, committed to living a biblical lifestyle and called by God to teach at Harvest School. This position teaches, plans, directs and coordinates student activities at the elementary level: academic, social, physical and spiritual wholeness, with compassion, encouragement and leadership. A full-time Teacher must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic, creative and organized, with the ability to relate well with children, parents, school staff and volunteers. They teach with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes Harvest’s culture, values and mission.

Children's Ministry Assistant - Part Time (15-17 hours per week)

The Children’s Ministry Assistant helps support and coordinate activities for the Children’s Ministry. This position instructs children in activities designed to promote spiritual and growth. The Children’s Ministry Assistant also performs routine clerical functions to moderately complex task, such as drafting and editing correspondence, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, event planning and deliver results in a timely manner. Outreach Ministry Assistant - Full Time

An Outreach Ministry Assistant assists in coordinating activities for pastors, staff, interns, volunteers, and church attendees. They support various outreach ministries. They assist with planning meetings, events, and training sessions for a specific team. Make effective appeals each year resulting in large gifts and increased annual giving.
Be proficient in data analysis to effectively understand donor trends in your territory, how to maximize your territory’s generosity, and understand applicable donor reports.
Manage fundraising efforts through a faith-based approach which focuses on personal prayer growth, reliance on the Holy Spirit, and ministry to partners.
Work collaboratively in a Christ-centered way with various departments to maximize organizational unity.

Crusade Representative - Full Time

The Crusade Representative presents the Harvest Crusades to community leaders and churches. This position is responsible for initiating development, organization, and production of the Harvest Crusades and Harvest America. This position must be able to work independently, without close supervision, within established procedures and is expected to perform a wide variety of duties. They assist the Senior Event Coordinator and/or the Crusade Director to shape public perception and increase outreach awareness. In addition, they collaborate with the Crusade team and partner with outside groups to achieve goals and encourage event participation. The Crusade Representative serves with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the mission, culture, and values of Harvest Christian Fellowship.

Requirements:

Assist with Crusade objectives, promotional policies, and needs to develop public relations strategies.
Help establish or maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of churches, community, or public interest groups.
Produce and coordinate campaigns, media advertisements and promotional materials for distribution to church leaders and Crusade supporters.

Cosecha Campus Pastor

We are seeking a Campus Pastor to join our team and help us reach the Spanish community with the love of Christ. The ideal candidate will be a gifted communicator passionate about teaching and preaching the Bible. A Custodian I keeps buildings clean and in orderly condition. This entry-level position is responsible for performing routine cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing trash. Video Editor - Full Time

A Video Editor’s duties include, but are not limited to: editing video, color correction, and some basic motion graphic design. A Video Editor oversees the end-to-end process by following and maintaining Harvest Christian Fellowship standards -- ensuring quality compliance, following best practices and procedures, and post-production workflows established by the Lead Video Editor and the Video Supervisor. To ensure visual consistency across all projects, a Video Editor must possess the technical knowledge to identify improvement opportunities within the workflow, be able to implement those improvements to increase the quality of the videos produced, and participate in the creative and production processes. The Video Editor is also expected to work in a production capacity when needed; camera or other on-set skills are preferred.

This individual should have excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate with multiple departments at Harvest. They serve with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes Harvest’s culture, values, and mission.

Requirements:

Video editing using Adobe Premiere
Basic motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
Export and upload videos for the adequate review process.
Work on multiple editing assignments concurrently and report on their progress weekly.
Adhere to naming conventions and follow procedures when interacting with project data in a shared storage environment.
Participate in sharing ideas, concepts, and best practices with a team of editors and creatives.
Function in various roles in the production process.
Importing content from production shoots.
Represent Harvest in a professional and positive manner to external sources.

Roving Sub - Part Time

A Roving Substitute serves as back-up personnel in many areas of the school. Substitute Teacher - Part Time

A Substitute Teacher must be a born-again Christian, committed to living a biblical lifestyle and called by God to teach at Harvest School. This substitute position will, when called upon, teach, plan, direct, and coordinate student activities at the elementary level: academic, social, physical, and spiritual wholeness, with compassion, encouragement, and leadership. A Substitute Teacher must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic, creative, and organized, with the ability to relate well with children, parents, school staff, and volunteers. Maintain a positive Christian atmosphere in the classroom.
